Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.81 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Fulton Avenue and Francis Street. The project will consist of expansion of a new gymnasium and the construction of a new playground, as well as associated parking, sidewalks, utilities and stormwater management.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls & impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.64 acre of this project.
